EMPLOYEE #1, A CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR IN A FOUNDRY, WALKED OUT OF THE CONTROL ROO M DURING THE CHARGING OF A FURNACE. HE WAS STRUCK BY FLYING METAL PIECES AND HOT METAL AND WAS KILLED.
