Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE OF A UTILITY COMPANY WAS WORKING FROM A UTILITY POLE. HE WAS ELECTRO CUTED WHEN HIS BODY CONTACTED THE BARE CONNECTORS ON TWO 120-VOLT CONDUCTORS.
