Investigation abstract
At approximately 9:00 a.m., Employee #1, of Ed Bell Construction Company, a high way construction contractor, was engaged in concrete finish work. He was attempt ing to retrieve a concrete trowel and broom from the rails when a train approach ed. Employee #1 was struck by the train as he reached for the tools and was kill ed.
