Investigation abstract
EMPLOYEE #1 COLLAPSED AND DIED AFTER SITTING AT A DESK IN THE CONTROL ROOM FOR A BOUT AN HOUR. HE SHOWED NO SIGNS OR SYMPTOMS, AND MADE NO COMPLAINTS, BEFORE HE COLLAPSED. THE CORONER, WHO WAS UNSURE AS TO THE CAUSE OF DEATH, RULED THAT THE EMPLOYEE DIED OF "NATURAL CAUSES."
