Employee crushed and killed when caught under trash bin
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 worked for a demolition company. A coworker was delivering a 7 ft by 22 ft trash container to the demolition site. As the container was being unload ed, Employee #1 became caught underneath it. He was crushed and killed.
