ELECTRIC SHOCK - GROUND FAULT IN FIXTURE
Investigation abstract
An employee was attaching a grounding conductor to the case of a 1000-watt, 480- volt mercury-vapor fixture. He attached the conductor to case before attaching t he other end of the conductor to ground. The case of the fixture was energized, and the employee was electrocuted.
