Event description

Employee killed when struck by falling dead tree

Investigation abstract

Employee #1 felled a pine tree and was marking it up to cut it into logs. When t he pine hit the ground, the vibration caused a nearby dead oak tree to fall. The oak tree struck Employee #1, killing him.
