EMPLOYEE #1 HAD A HISTORY OF HYPERTENSIVE CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE. ON AUGUST 13, 1984, HE SUFFERED AN ACUTE ATTACK WHILE AT WORK. THERE WERE NO WORK RELATED FACT ORS THAT CAUSED HIS DEATH.
