Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS TIGHTENING BOLTS ON THE CENTER TERMINATOR. THE WRENCH HE WAS USI NG SLIPPED OFF A NUT, CAUSING HIS RIGHT ARM TO CONTACT AN ENERGIZED JUMPER ON TH E RIGHT SIDE OF THE TERMINATOR. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
