AN EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHILE HE WAS CLIPPING IN A DEENERGIZED LINE. PROTEC TIVE GROUNDS HAD NOT BEEN INSTALLED ON THE LINE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED, BUT THE REPORT DID NOT STATE HOW OR WHY.
