EMPLOYEE #1, A MAINTENANCE MAN, WAS CUTTING OUT OPENINGS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF LIGHTS ON TOP OF A SPRAY BOOTH. HE FELL THROUGH A LOUVERED AIR INTAKE 15 FEET O NTO A CONCRETE FLOOR. HE WAS KILLED.
