Event description

Four employees burned in fire; one dies

Investigation abstract

Employees #1 through #4, three from a welding company and one from a shooting ga llery, were in the gallery repairing a pulley-and-cable motorized target retriev al system. A rapidly spreading, intense fire of unknown origin broke out. Employ ee #1 suffered second-degree burns and was hospitalized. Employee #2 was severel y burned and died at the scene. Employees #3 and #4 suffered second- and third-d egree burns and were hospitalized.
