EMPLOYEE #1 WAS STRUCK IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD AND KILLED WHEN A TIN ROOF BLEW O FF A WELDING SHED THAT WAS LOCATED ABOUT 50 FEET AWAY. THE ROOF WAS PROPELLED BY A WHIRLWIND.
