ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE THRU LADDER

Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE HAD EXTENDED A PORTABLE METAL EXTENSION LADDER BEFORE HE ATTEMPTED T O PLACE IT AGAINST A BUILDING. AS HE WAS MOVING THE LADDER, IT CONTACTED AN OVER HEAD POWER LINE, AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
