WHILE REFUELING A VEHICLE ON A GASOLINE REFUELING ISLAND, A TRUCK DRIVER TOUCHED AN UNGROUNDED STEEL LAMP IN COMBINATION WITH THE FUEL NOZZLE. HE RECEIVED AN EL ECTRIC SHOCK, WHICH STRAINED A NECK MUSCLE.
