Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1 MOVED A TRAILER TRUCK WHILE IT WAS BEING EMPTIED OF CHLORINE. THE CH LORINE LINES BROKE AWAY, PERMITTING THE EMISSION OF CHLORINE GAS INTO THE ATMOSP HERE.
