ELECTRIC SHOCK - CAUSE UNKNOWN
Investigation abstract
FOUR EMPLOYEES WERE CHANGING ELECTRIC LIGHT BULBS OUTSIDE A BUILDING. THE SIDE O F THE BUILDING WAS METAL. SOMEHOW THEY ALL CONTACTED ENERGIZED PARTS AND WERE EL ECTROCUTED.
