Investigation abstract
TWO EMPLOYEES WERE IN A LABORATORY, EXPERIMENTING WITH EXPLOSIVES. A MIXTURE OF EXPLOSIVE MATERIALS WAS BEING HEATED ON AN ELECTRIC HOT PLATE WHEN AN EXPLOSION OCCURRED, KILLING BOTH EMPLOYEES.
