Investigation abstract

AN ELECTRIC UTILITY EMPLOYEE WAS FLAGGING FOR A CRANE OPERATION WHILE HOLDING ON TO THE LOAD. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN THE CRANE CONTACTED A 25-KILOVOL T OVERHEAD POWER LINE.
