Employee killed when struck by collapsing brick wall

Investigation abstract

Employee #1, a temporary independent laborer, was tearing away the lumber and su pport members from a two-story block fire wall. The wall was left unsupported an d collapsed on Employee #1. He suffered multiple blunt impact injuries, includin g skull fractures and brain contusions, and was killed.
