PAINTER FELL FROM LADDER THAT WAS SETTING ON A SCAFFOLD.
Investigation abstract
ON OCTOBER 17, 1984, EMPLOYEE WAS PAINTING TRIM ON A BUILDING 25 FEET ABOVE GROU ND. HE WAS STANDING ON A LADDDER THAT WAS SETTING ON TOP OF A ONE BUCK SCAFFOLD. THE SCAFFOLD TIPPED CAUSING THE LADDER TO MOVE AND THE EMPLOYEE TO FALL 25 FEET TO SIDEWALK BELOW. HE WAS KILLED.
