THE OWNER OF A ROOFING COMPANY WAS INSTALLING A RAIN SPOUT ON A ROOF. HE WAS ELE CTROCUTED WHEN AN ALUMINUM STRIP HE WAS HANDLING CONTACTED A 4800-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE.
