EMPLOYEE #1 WAS FELLING AND LIMBING TREES. HE CUT A MAPLE TREE WHICH FELL AND BR USHED AGAINST A DEAD BEECH TREE. THE BEECH TREE BROKE OFF AND FELL, STRIKING AND KILLING EMPLOYEE #1.
