Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS RIDING AS A PASSENGER ON THE BACK OF A LOG SKIDDER. HE FELL OFF AND WAS RUN OVER BY ONE OF THE SKIDDER WHEELS, RECEIVING FATAL CRUSHING INJURIES TO HIS CHEST AND ABDOMEN.
