EMPLOYEE #1 ASSIGNED TO ASSIST DECONTAMINATION WORKERS IN SUITING UP AND UNSUITI NG. EMPLOYEE DOES NOT ENTER DIRTY AREA. EMPLOYEE HAD NO PRE-EMPLOYEE PHYSICAL. E MPLOYEE ARRIVED AT WORK AND SOON THEREAFTER BEGAN SPITTING BLOOD. NO EXPOSURE HA D PRECEEDED THIS. EMPLOYEE WAS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL AND DIED SOON THEREAFTER. HOSPI TAL REFUSED TO DIVULGE THE CAUSE OF DEATH.
