AN ELECTRIC UTILITY EMPLOYEE WAS RIDING ON THE SIDE OF A COAL CAR BEING PUSHED B Y A LOCOMOTIVE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS UNABLE TO DISMOUNT FORM THE COAL CAR AND WAS CR USHED BETWEEN THE RAILROAD CAR AND THE COAL DUMPER STRUCTURE.
