Investigation abstract
AN EMPLOYEE WAS ENGAGED IN AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE STRINGING OPERATION. THE DEENE RGIZED CONDUCTOR THAT THE EMPLOYEE WAS GOING TO CUT WITH WIRE CUTTERS CONTACTED AN ENERGIZED OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE CUT THE WIRE AND WAS ELECTROCUTED .
