Event description

Employee killed when struck by falling tree

Investigation abstract

Employee #1 was felling trees at CC dam site. When he cut a tree, it hung up and would not fall. Employee #1 cut another tree, which fell. As he was trimming th e felled tree, the lodged tree fell and struck him on the head, killing him.
