THE FIVE AFFECTED EMPLOYEES WERE WORKING DOWNWIND FROM AN AMMONIA LEAK AT THE BU ITONI FOOD CORPORATION. THE AMMONIA APPARENTLY LEAKED FROM A DEFECTIVE VALVE IN THE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM.
