EMPLOYEE #1 WAS DE-BONING A SECTION OF THE RIB WHEN HE APPARENTLY PULLED THE KNI FE TOWARD HIMSELF. THE KNIFE EITHER WENT THROUGH HIS SAFETY APRON OR JUST ABOVE IT. THE KNIFE PIERCED EMPLOYEE #1'S AORTA.
