ELECTRIC SHOCK - GROUND FAULT IN ELECTRIC PUMP

Investigation abstract

An employee was working alone, cleaning a swimming pool with a rented submersibl e pump. When the employee entered the pool, he was electrocuted. The rented pump had a ground fault.
