EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING INSIDE OF A BARRICADED AREA ON AN INTERSTATE HIGHWAY. A TRUCK TRAVELING AT EXCESSIVE SPEED LOST CONTROL AND SKIDDED OVER 300 FEET INTO T HE JOB SITE, THEN STRUCK AND KILLED EMPLOYEE #1.
