A METAL FRAME SCAFFOLD WAS BEING MOVED BY A TRUCK CRANE. WHEN THE CRANE CONTACTE D AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE, AN EMPLOYEE HOLDING ONTO THE SCAFFOLD WAS ELECTROCUTED .
