Employee killed when burned by pressure cooker release
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 opened the door on a pressure cooker containing product without firs t releasing the pressure. The product spilled out on Employee #1, and he sustain ed burns over 80 percent of his body. Employee #1 was killed.
