Investigation abstract

THE EMPLOYEES WERE UNLOADING A RAILROAD TANK CAR CONTAINING CHLORINE. THE TRANSF ER HOSE RUPTURED, EXPOSING THE EMPLOYEES TO CHLORINE GAS.
