Investigation abstract
TWO EMPLOYEES WERE STRIPPING A BENZENE BARGE THAT WAS NOT BONDED TO PREVENT STAT IC SPARK. AN EXPLOSION OCCURRED, KILLING THE TWO EMPLOYEES.
