SEVERAL EMPLOYEES EXPOSED TO FUMES FROM CHEMICAL REACTION

Investigation abstract

SEVERAL EMPLOYEES WERE EXPOSED TO FUMES EMANATING FROM A FLOOR DRAIN. THE FUMES WERE THE RESULT OF A CHEMICAL REACTION BETWEEN SULFURIC ACID AND PHOTOGRAPHIC CH EMICALS. THE EMPLOYEES SUFFERED HEADACHES, BURNING EYES AND CHEST PAINS.
