SIX EMPLOYEES HOSPITALIZED WITH CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING
Investigation abstract
About 8:30 a.m., Employees #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, and #6 started to feel tired and nauseous. After checking for possible sources of discomfort, such as heaters, em ployees called the fire department. The fire department recognized the symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning among the employees, and identified forklift trucks as the source of carbon monoxide. All six employees were hospitalized for carbo n monoxide poisoning.
