EMPLOYEE #1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO RIDE ON THE BACK OF THE CATERPILLAR BACKHOE AS IT WAS MOVING DIRT. HE WAS CRUSHED BETWEEN THE MACHINE AND THE WALL OF THE TRENCH.
