EMPLOYEE #1 WAS SERVICING PARKING LOT LIGHTS WHILE STANDING IN THE BASKET OF AN AERIAL LIFT. THE LIFT SUDDENLY RETRACTED, THROWING THE EMPLOYEE TO THE GROUND. H E WAS KILLED.
