EMPLOYEE #1,A 50 YEAR OLD FARM HAND, DROVE A TRACTOR INTO A QUONSET BUILDING. HE DISMOUNTED THE TRACTOR AND RODE A "CREEPER" UNDER A CARGO BOX ATTACHED TO THE T RACTOR'S THREE POINT HITCH. THE BOX SOMEHOW CAME LOOSE FROM THE HITCH AND FELL O NTO EMPLOYEE #1'S HEAD AND CHEST, KILLING HIM.
