AN EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING FROM A WOODEN STEPLADDER. HE CONTACTED A 13.8-KILOVOLT B US THAT WAS LOCATED ABOVE HIS HEAD. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
