EMPLOYEE #1 WAS LOADING FILL DIRT INTO A DUMP TRUCK. HE WAS WORKING ON A SLIGHT INCLINE. THE FRONT END LOADER ROLLED OVER, PINNING THE OPERATOR UNDER THE COUNTE RWEIGHT.
