Investigation abstract

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on November 19, 1986, Employee #1 was walking backwar d on a roof while stretching a piece of roofing material. He fell over a 15 in. parapet wall at the edge of the roof and fell 32 ft to the ground. Employee #1 w as killed.
