THE EMPLOYEES WERE ERECTING PLATFORMS AND LAYING GRATING. EMPLOYEE #1 FELL 43' 2 2/3" THROUGH A FLOOR OPENING IN AN AREA WHERE GRATING HAD NOT BEEN LAID. HE WAS KILLED.
