EMPLOYEE SUFFOCATED FROM SAWDUST

Investigation abstract

An employee was raking sawdust onto a conveyor that was located inside the sawdu st fuel bin. A wall of caked-on saw dust fell on the employee, causing him to co llapse and suffocate.
