Investigation abstract
AN UPROOTED PINE TREE WAS BEING DRAGGED FROM THE WORK AREA BY A SKIDDER. THE PIN E TREE BOUNCED OFF A TREE STUMP AND STRUCK A SWEET GUM SAPLING WITH GREAT FORCE, CAUSING THE SWEET GUM TO WHIP 20 FEET TO THE AREA IN WHICH EMPLOYEE #1 WAS STAN DING. EMPLOYEE #1 SUBSEQUENTLY DIED OF HEAD INJURIES.
