ELECTRIC SHOCK - GROUND FAULT IN WELDING MACHINE
Investigation abstract
An employee was untying a boat at a dockside wharf. He touched a metal skid on w hich two welding machines were sitting. Both machines were off at the time. His foot and leg were touching a metal plate and water pipe. The employee was electr ocuted by an apparent ground fault as he touched the metal skid.
