CONSTRUCTION EMPLOYEE STRUCK BY VEHICLE ON HIGHWAY
Investigation abstract
AT 5:15 PM ON DECEMBER 5, 1985, EMPLOYEE #1 WAS REMOVING ROAD BARRICADES FROM A STATE HIGHWAY. THE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A SLIP-ON ORANGE GARMENT (FOR VISIBILITY ). A SOUTH-BOUND VEHICLE STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE. THE IMPACT KNOCKED THE EMPLOYEE IN TO A FRONT END LOADER BUCKET AT THE SITE. SHE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT A HOSPITAL AT 6:24 PM.
