ONE EMPLOYEE HAD HEART ATTACK; ANOTHER FELL FROM AUTO
Investigation abstract
EMPLOYEE #1 SUFFERED AN APPARENT HEART ATTACK WHILE WORKING AT A DOCK-SIDE CONST RUCTION OPERATION. EMPLOYEE #1 WAS PLACED IN THE BACK OF A CARRY-ALL VAN WITH TH E HELP OF EMPLOYEE #2. THE VAN WAS TO TRANSPORT EMPLOYEE #1 TO A HOSPITAL. THE V EHICLE PULLED AWAY, AND EMPLOYEE #2 FELL OUT, DISLOCATING HIS SHOULDER. EMPLOYEE #1 DIED AFTER ARRIVING AT THE HOSPITAL.
